      does anyone know how to configure apc upsd i am getting a comn lost on the pcnet driver and i dont know how to solve it the ip address for the netowrk managment card is pingable and i know the username and password are correct but i am not sure which usename to use the one i use to login to the web gui with or the authentication phrase username and password but i have tried both and same result

        Check out the apcupsd manual.

        My UPS is connected via USB to pfSense, even it has a network card inside. This works flawlessly.
