Setup telegram?

Hello guys.

I follow the instructions from telegram related to create a bot to send message over telegram.

I got my api key and my username @myusernamebot.

I input this parameters into my 2.6.0CE box, save, but went I want to tested I got the error:

Failed to send Telegram notification. Error received was :400: Bad Request: chat not found

Save, test and got that message.

Exist other thing to do?

But, it was a no go as I can't access :

so, I guess Telegram has some temporary issues.
