I'm trying to set up a new pfSense box. This box is connecting to a switch via a LAGG group and trunk with SPF/SPF+ DACs. The problem I'm having is that I need to set the speed/duplex so the NICs will connect so I can get to the WebConfigurator website. The only way I see to force the speed/duplex is in the WebConfigurator.

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

If you assign the lagg interface and leave as type none you should be able to set the speed/duplex there and have the members inherit it.
Using DACs can be a problem though as they often don't present any selectable speeds to use.
