      Dears

My flat is about to be finished. My equipment will be set up this week, internet will be available only a few weeks after that.
We speak of a 6100-FW an Ubiquity Switch, several APs, and other stuff.

I would like to set up all VLANs, FW Rules, etc before internet is available.

Is this possible? Is there anything to take care of?

As far as I know, there's nothing to prevent you from configuring it before you get your connection. Just configure for what you expect, typically DHCP on IPv4 and DHCPv6-PD on IPv6.

i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

As above, just configure the wan as IP4 dhcp, and change the settings when you have your new internet

Yes, you can do that. You will find there are some additional delays at boot and on some pages in the web interface when there is no valid WAN. Especially if the WAN is set to DHCP and has to timeout pulling a lease.
