UPS question, not sure where to post this one.

I have a Netgate-4100 MAX in my home rack, it has an APC UPS with smart-card attached and its communicating over the network with APCUPSD.
I lose power ~1-2 times per month, this is a new thing as I've lived in my home for almost 5 years now and it just started happening this year. I have 3 UPS' for my equipment as I work from home and I need to be online. I have about 3 hours of internet before I lose battery.
My Netgate box will halt when 10% battery or 10 mins run time is left on the rack UPS. It will "kill" the UPS and wait for AC resume. This works great and no issues. When power is restored, the UPS powers back on and powers on the netgate and switch, all my AP's are POE so when the switch is back online everything is working as it should.
My question is, if power is resumed during the APC shutdown timer (2 mins), how do I power back on the netgate without having to remove the power and plug it back in?
I will be away for the holidays, and I will need access to my home network, I just want piece of mind knowing that I can somehow "wake" the netgate box if power is resumed before the UPS powers down to kill the ports.
Thank you, if this is in the wrong section please tell me and I'll try to post it elsewhere.

For those that want to know, I had some downtime this morning with no one home so I pulled the plug.
Once the shutdown process has began there is NO stopping it unless you manually go to the UPS front panel and tell it to cancel. So if power is resumed during the shutdown process, it will STILL SHUTDOWN, but as soon as it does power off, it will power back on. This will power back on your devices depending on how you have it setup. I have it kill the outlets 20sec before powering off the UPS, plenty of time to power drain the power brick for the netgate box.
The default shutdown behaviour on the netgate box is set to halt, but I think shutdown would be better in my case.
This can be resolved and closed.

@jbohbot said in UPS question, not sure where to post this one.:
I have it kill the outlets 20sec before powering off the UPS
Is that the Kill Delay setting?

@steveits Turns out its the default on my UPS. Once the outlets power off, the UPS has a sleep timer of 20 secs. I'm not sure how to change that.

@jbohbot Hmm, yeah, the APC Windows Personal software has like two settings, and the Business software has 700 settings and a bunch of fancy charts to help you figure out the hole you've just dug for yourself. :) After 20 years I still have to look at it to explain it and I always seem to end up ignoring half of what they show to find out what it's actually going to do. I guess we make the best of it with this free package. :) The Business program also has power on delays for runtime and/or % battery charge.
The one I was looking at had Kill on Power Fail unchecked so I'll have to check that other places. What does "on powerfail" mean anyway? Right away, after shutdown, etc. Seems like it could have been explained in detail. Eh, I'll stop whining now.
