TFTP Server vs Option 66

As per the docs there is a TFTP Server option in the DHCP settings. Is this required to be used instead of Option 66 in "Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options" or can either option work?

Currently I have under "Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options"
Option: 66
Type: Text
Value: http://mydomain.dom

Should I remove the setting under Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options and move it over to the TFTP setting instead?
