After Using Putty at 115200 speed to access the console , I get this at startup.

      Bootup complete

It doesn't boot the console menu and leaves me in the shell prompt.
I tried to start the console menu up manually with this command /etc/rc.initial

But then I get a Menu that doesn't show the interfaces and the functions don't even work.

They all output this, then reprint the menu to the screen.

I've looked everywhere and can't find a solution, Any help would be greatly appriciated.

@benhurharrison Open a ticket at https://go.netgate.com/ and request a fresh install image for your 1100. Reimage the device, then restore your config and you should be good to go.
