Normally, the swap size, should be some what identical to the available RAM size.
1/16 is not the good ratio.

Normally, you could also remove the swap file. With 64 GB of memory, using pfSense, OOM should never arrive.

But, as I learned lately, if the system crashes, it dumps the kernel on a safe place - and not the / of the system : it uses the swap space so later inspection is possible.
An guess what : you use a very ancient version, so know one knows anymore if it can fault, and for what reason.
So, the swap fills up with what ? Kernel dumps ? Is your system 'crashing' that often ?

Edit : and where are the logs ??

Mmm, I would concentrate on how you managed to use 64GB of RAM and start using any swap. Something must be misconfigured there.

Thanks for your prompt response. I observed memory consumed when pf-blocker scheduler ran but after complete process ram goes back to normal like 1-15% usage of total Ram . As far it is upgrade I will get ready clone config and replicate it on latest community version as well.

Mean while is there any work around to improve or increase swap memory ufs file system. No there is not any crashes.

              increase swap memory

              Re install pfSense.
That's the moment you can choose partitions sizes.
