      Hello,

Recently I am having issues with booting pfsense on Hyper-V. It floods me with this wall of text that I have attached here. After a while it will reboot and do this wall of text again.

Also as I am running on Hyper-V I need 2.5.2 installation but I can't find to download it. 2.6 does not work due the bad network performance.

Is there any chance to bring this installation back on line or getting 2.5.2 instal?

@nicesub Trash the VM and start over...what do you mean by this: "2.6 does not work due the bad network performance?" It boots up, right?

That's a kernel panic and the resulting crash report. If you are running UFS it's probably a filesystem panic. Try running an FSCK:
          https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/filesystem-check.html#manual-filesystem-check

The RSC performance issues in 2.6 are known and there are workarounds:
          https://forum.netgate.com/topic/169884/pfsense-2-6-0-22-01-is-very-slow-on-hyper-v/

          It's fixed in 2.7 and 22.05.

Thank you! Managed to get it up and running again with FSCK.
Few more things left to be fixed on it if possible:
It does not know what kernel is installed and when I go to "System update page" it does not know which version is installed. Also I get message there "Unable to check for updates".

In the package manager I cannot see the list of installed packaged as well and I cannot retrieve list of "Available packages".

              That's fixed years ago 😊
You need the 2.6.0, not the ancient 2.5.2.

Edit : and where are the logs ??
