OpenVPN Client Export Error - Bizarre

OpenVPN Client Export List for clients, All Clients are visible on pfSense, when trying to client details 64bit / Win 10 configurations it downloads as a php file ( normally it downloads as a 7z file or openvpn config file )
I have done the same on other exact installs and they work fine
downloading 7z or OpenVPN configs.
Oddly this install worked fine prior to a restart
Tried restarting , makes no difference

I figured this out
The RAM /var directory was at 99% ( 40 MB ), I extended this, rebooted and now is at 25% and works as expected.
I can now export exe / 7z Client Export
