PPPoE with Movistar i cant stay up

I have 2 routers connected to a pfsense netgate 7100, one with iPV4 and the Gateway, and the other is the movistar router, I see that you can configure this router with PPPoE, but it does not work.

In the Movistar router, I have disabled DHCP in ipv4 and I turn off the firewall, because I need to filter with pfsense.

The configuration is what the ISP tells me, but I don't know, because the PPPoE is not raised.

Is it compatible to have 2 routers connected on the pfsense?

In the settings I have the check Block private networks and loopback addresses and Block bogon networks.
