VIP Ipsec not working after upgrade

Hello,
We have PF HA Physical devices "22.05-RELEASE (amd64)".
We have upgraded them from Ver. 21.05 to 22.05. Master and Slave have been upgraded well without problem.

After Upgrade we found out, that the VPN IPsec Tunnels do not work on the WAN VIP Interface as before but they are working on the master Interface only.
The HA Sync works fine as before.
The WAN VIP Interface has been reconfigured again to make the changes active as before, i.e. just editing and save.
