      I think I can reproduce it when I have FQ Codel activated via limiters. I use the documentation provided by netgate to do FQ Codel traffic shaping for buffer bloat. When I enable it the data traffic dashboard widget displays half the speed I'm getting. I can disable the shaper and it seems to fix it. Rebooting has fixed it temporarily but it returns to displaying half usage quickly.
