      Is there a way to log out the root user account? Im not sure if its permissable.
      The reason being is im setting up alerting and i always see at a minimum 2x users logged in. I want to get alerted for any account sign-in along with any number over 0

        @michmoor

        Those aren't actually people logged in. Those are processes running with root privileges.

        PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
        i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

          That is the console menu running on serial and video consoles.

          If you password protect the console in Sys > Adv > Admin Access it will not log those in.
