Looks like WS-CAC-3000W Power Supply used in Catalyst 6500, not sure though...

Looks like PSU's for a Cisco 6500 series chassis, might fit a 4506E too./Bingo

I've seen idiots trying to remove 6513 switches with the power supplies in.
