Natgate 6100 Problem

I got a back up from pfsense which running on VM ware and restore it on Natgate 6100, after few seconds I lost web access to the firewall, when I access by console port I do not see the windows the below window , and it comes with some other option any has experience for such problem and how to fixed it

Why are you hiding RFC1918 private addresses? They're irrelevant elsewhere.

Are the WAN and LAN on the same subnet by any chance?
If so, that won't work.
Try disconnecting the WAN and see if you can access it. -
