Cannot View DHCP Leases

Hello...

I have a white box PFSense unit running Plus 22.05 and if I go to the Status menu and select DHCP leases from the drop-down, it never produces the list. I have tried rebooting the unit, I have tried different browsers, and even different computers. All have the same result. The page acts like it is going to start to load, but then never does. Any ideas?
