Automatic Configuration Backup (ACB) - No Route to Host

I am having issues with automatic backups. Every time I try to send a backup, I get the error "Failed to connect to acb.netgate.com port 443 after 15649ms: No route to host"
I have tried the diagnostic port test and do not get a response from acb.netgate.com:443
I tried the diagnostic test to another site to confirm that it works (cnn.com:443).
Any help is appreciated.

We are also experiencing this problem. The ACB service appears to have gone down a little over an hour ago.
