    Will a LAN and DMZ using the same VHID result in a misconfiguration?

      I am currently cleaning up a pfsense firewall and its configurations and noticed that the LAN and its DMZ on two seperate lines are using the same VHID (Firewall -> Virtual IPs). Will this result in a misconfiguration?
      Currently running pfsense version 2.4.5.

        No. I prefer a unique VHID for each CARP VIP though, but for proper function they only have to be unique within an layer 2 network.
