"Filer" package doesn't allow editing

@Briantist the Filer package is quite handy, but it doesn't allow subsequent edits to an existing file. e.g. when trying to edit the contents and saving, the errors
"The following input errors were detected"
"../../file is already managed by filer"

The work around is to delete the file and re-add it as a new file.
