How to give priority to specific IP address?

I've been reviewing the forum and different youtube channels for 2 days. However, I could not fully resolve the issue. Now, I want to give priority to the ip address of the computer that I broadcast video from without having to read articles for hours. Because when other users upload, my video drops. how can i achieve this?

@enesas How are you doing it? It matters whether you have a web server or something like Teams. The web server is an incoming connection; Teams is outgoing.
