Unexpected copyright and trademark notices

Yesterday, while signing on 2 different pfSense CE installs, I unexpectedly encountered these prompts.
I recall only ever encountering such prompts after a fresh install or upgrade. But I'm still running 2.6.0-RELEASE as I have been for 9 months or so. Was there some behind-the-scenes update(s)/change(s) that caused this?
I have a (seemingly NAT-related) SIP problem (1-way audio) that popped up for no apparent reason, and this has me a bit worried that something changed to cause the problem, without my involvement... -
@regexaurus I see the notices occasionally also, sometimes more than once IIRC. Not really sure if it triggers annually or after x amount of time or what, haven't tried to figure it out as I log in to a lot of routers. :)

There are two ways that the message will pop back up:
- Any time the text changes the GUI sees that it changed and redisplays the message.
- Any time the version changes (e.g. after an upgrade) it gets redisplayed.
The text recently was updated to say 2023, triggering the first case.

@jimp I had noticed 2023 in the copyright message and wondered about that. :-)
It seems Flowroute made some changes to their systems. After setting the external IP address (public IP address) in the SIP NAT settings of an ATA, audio is working normally.
