pfSense IPsec failover issue

Hi,

We have a primary and secondary pfsense firewall with HA setup in the VMware environment.
We are using a LAN network for the sync as we don't have an extra network adapter on both hosts, the sync from primary to secondary works perfectly but when we failover the IPsec doesn't failover automatically or if we try to connect it manually on the secondary firewall also it doesn't.
Please help us to find the issue.
