Route all OPT1 trafic to other site connected by OpenVPN site-to.site

Hi guys,
I ask this question because I've been searching the internet for months and I can't find a solution to my problem.
I have a site-to-site made with PfSense 2.6 connected with OpenVPN peer-to-peer (client - server) and both networks are accessible from one side and from the other. One is in Argentina and another is in Ecuador.
In my Ecuador pfsense firewall I have two ports, the LAN port and the OPT1 port (TV is connected to opt1).
What I need is to redirect all the traffic from OPT1 so that it goes to Argentina and goes out through the internet in Argentina so I can watch Netflix from Argentina.
