      Hello!
I have a very weird issue. Netflix works fine on iPhones and computers, but not on Chromecast or Smart TV.

Everything is on the same network. No VLANs, no VPN..

      Any idea?

@bertusdev said in Netflix/HBOMax not working besides phones/pc:

IPv6 in use, maybe on the chromecast/TV ?

Could they be using dns other than your local dns, or could your phones and computers be using different dns?

You don't do any sort of special filtering? No IPS? While I don't use hbomax I do use netflix on multiple rokus, and my pc, phone/tablet, etc.

There was someone on another thread where they were using qname strict on unbound that was causing them an issue..

If everything is on the same network, same rules - you need to figure out what could be different - only thing comes to mind would be devices not using your local dns, or ones that do having an issue, etc.

@johnpoz All of the devices use same dns server. It's veeeery strange. I disabled also ipv6 just in case, but nothing works
