Upgrading to a latest snapshot of 2.7 CE DEV
-
So I'm running this version:
2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT (amd64)
built on Wed Dec 07 06:04:40 UTC 2022And I'm trying to upgrade to 2.7.0.a.20230310.0600. It goes through the process and says update is successful. It then reboots but when I'm back at the dashboard it shows the exact same old version, as if nothing was upgraded. Here's the latest upgrade log file:

Tried this process about three times already and it always ends up with the same behavior. @stephenw10

BUMP! Anyone can help me out here?

Coming from a snapshot that old you are probably better off reinstalling with a current snapshot. Hard to say what might have changed that is preventing it from upgrading.
If you use the recover config.xml option in the installer you'd be back up in minutes.

@jimp hmmm, ok. Is there any way to go back to 2.6 stable though? I don' have the time to mess with dev anymore.

You'd have to reinstall 2.6 and restore a configuration file from 2.6 as well.
You cannot downgrade in-place and the newer configuration format may not be compatible with the older version.
