    Possible to update miniupnpd to newer version?

      I've been struggling with and testing UPnP behind private IP and can not make it work. After posting on miniupnp.tuxfamily.org forum (Is that even the right place to go?) I got the feedback that there might be a fix in version 2.3.1.

      As far as I can tell, miniupnpd in 23.01 is 2.2.1, which if I read the release notes correctly, came out in Dec 2021.

      Is there a way to safely update miniupnpd to a newer version??
      Code: pkg upgrade miniupnpd
      Installed packages to be REINSTALLED:
      miniupnpd-2.2.1_1,1 [pfSense]
