      Hi Netgate Forum,

      • Our 3100 has been reset and we restore our backup config.
      • Upon checking in our GUI there is no available packages image_01.png
      • Please see this config that we backup and restore [removed by admin]
      • Did we miss something on the backup? As I can see on the logs their was packages on the backup.
      • Can someone explain to me how to check if the packages was download successfully?

@tiger-0 You do not want to share your config file online - the file contains many passwords, certificates, and other things you do not want in the wild.

This indicator just says there aren't any installed - you need an internet connection to download the packages.
