      Good afternoon.
I installed PFsense 2.5.1. I restored a backup with all the settings, but I noticed that the installed packages are gone and that there are no packages available for installation.

I tried to update (using the command "pkg update -f") to the following error:
      Error updating repositories!

Why does this error happen? how do i solve this problem?

@jucelio_rosa Ensure you have "previous stable version" selected under System/Update, so you aren't installing packages/software for pfSense 2.6. Changing versions may reload/fix the package list as well.

If that isn't it, can pfSense resolve DNS (Diagnostics/DNS Lookup) and ping out?

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

Good morning. "previous stable version" is already selected and pfsnse pings it, but the problem persists.
