DynDNS only updates the first client/entry?

I've been searching for a while about this and I cannot seem to find anything about it here on otherwise on google.

I have two domains on cloudflare with separate entries for PF to update the IP through dyndns, however no matter what if the WAN IP address changes it will only ever update the first entry and never the 2nd. I always have to manually force it by going to edit and then Save & Force update on the 2nd entry.

I'm I doing something wrong here? Or is this a known bug?
