@jimp you state you have limited testing options due to these being EOL units. Wanted to let you know I had to dig my 8860 out of storage tonight, and after updating to 23.01 can confirm 100% 8860 is indeed affected. The message "ichsmb0: interrupt loop, status=0x60" appears in console every couple seconds.
Following the workaround of hint.ichsmb.0.disabled=1 in /boot/loader.conf.local and restarting appears to fully resolve the issue/ends the messages in console.
