getting this as well on PFS+.. I think the package site is down...

@siman Fix for me was turning off automatic update check for Dashboard page.
System --> Update --> Update Settings
then checking below
Dashboard check [checked it to disable] Disable the Dashboard auto-update check -
pkg update -f

The fix for me was still turning off automatic update check for Dashboard page.
System --> Update --> Update Settings
then checking below
