LDAP SERVER CONNECTION

Hi everybody !
I try to connect my authentication server (ldap - Microsoft AD) to my pfsense but my firewall tell me "coudn't connect to ldap server" when I click on "Select a container" or when I use "diagnostic--Authentication menu" to test the connection.

Can somebody tell me what the problem is ? Ping to the AD is OK.

Thank for your answer but it was a network connectivity issue. I have already solved my problem.
