      Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble accessing my Plex Media Server from the internet, and I think it might have to do with my network setup. I have a double NAT configuration that goes like this:

Public IP address on my ISP-provided router/modem: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Internal IP address of the ISP-provided router/modem: 192.168.25.1
Internal IP address of my PFSense firewall: 192.168.25.20
Internal IP address of my local network: 192.168.1.0/24 (my Plex server is on 192.168.1.28)
I followed the instructions in the Plex documentation to open up port TCP:32400 on both my ISP-provided router/modem

      and my PFSense firewall,

but I still can't access my Plex server from the internet. I'm not sure what else to try, so I'm hoping someone here can help me troubleshoot the issue.

Other information the yougetsignat.com told me my port is not open :

Thanks in advance for your help!

@issa2023 and so did you sniff on pfsense to actually make sure that traffic to 32400 got to its wan, so it could forward it..

This is step 1 in trying to figure out what your doing wrong in a port forward - if the traffic never gets to pfsense wan, pfsense can not forward something it never sees.

On your nat device in front of pfsense, you forwarded 32400 to pfsense wan IP that 25.20 address?
