not sure if i configured Host Overrides correctly

hi i trying to cache my windows updates.. and i not 100% sure i did it right... i setup 1 host and then did add additional hosts... i can ping the web address's and it goes to 192.168.0.32 but its not being cacheed.. with lancache.. do i need to do them individually? or is it correct.. here some pics.. the only one that seems to work is lancache.steamcontent.com it seems to work for blizzard and epic for some reason.. unless i shouldnt do additonal hosts for them too

That should work. Easy to test from a client using pfSense for DNS though. Just see if they resolve to 192.168.0.32.
