Is there a way to cancel the existing pf-lite subscription and reset it up under a new pf-lite license? I was having problems after I installed it connected to the local network to be able to pre-set it up before installation, and I was having problems getting it to upgrade after restore. So I reinstalled the base software and it still showing that it's already connected to a license. And no matter what I did, it would not allow me to change to the PFSense+ branch. It was continually telling me that it couldn't update.

@j-lanham Try reinstalling from 2.6 scratch, but don't restore your config. Then upgrade to 23.01, it should recognize your license. After that's complete, only then restore your config. At least, that's what worked for me when (I think ) I had the same issue as you.

@provels That's the problem. I can't upgrade to 23.01 after the firewall boots. It will not allow me to access the repository.

@j-lanham So if you install, and only setup the WAN and LAN, then try to access the upgrade path, it doesn't work? Not in my experience, w/o DNS being borked.

You should only need to wait. There is a restriction on how often the instance can pull repo data to prevent DoSing the server.
Or send me the NDI in chat and I can reset it for you.
