pfsense proxy + mikrotik

I hope I'm posting in the right section.
Please tell me, I'm trying to set up a transparent proxy on pfsense.
There is a Wirth machine with pfsens and one network interface. There is a Mikrotik router, which is the gateway to the entire network.
I want to set it up so that all traffic is directed to pfsens squid, and the statistics of visits to websites, both http and https, were kept.
If I prescribe a proxy manually, then everything is ok.
But as soon as I mark traffic on Mikrotik and send it through the pfsens proxy, then everything immediately shuts up.
What do you need to provide so that you can more correctly understand what and how is currently configured?
The rules in Mikrotik are simple, if the IP address is in the list, then mark the call to tsp ports 80 and 443. Well, in the routes it is worth that if the traffic is marked, then send it through a proxy that is on the same network.
For example, the client is 192.168.0.10 and the proxy is 192.168.0.250.
