LAN IPv6 Track Interface doesn't work on initial boot

Hi,

When I first boot my pfSense the LAN interface does not get an IPv6 address until I reapply the settings in the WAN interface.

It will look something like this-

After pressing Apply in the WAN settings it all becomes normal again like below-

What do you think might be causing this to happen. Here is my LAN settings-
