Port forward to transparent proxy on OPT1

I will connect transparent proxy on another box keeping shaper on pfsense. So:
LAN: 192.168.1.1
WAN: xxxxxxxx
OPT1: 10.0.10.1

NAT forward port 80 on LAN for any to 10.0.10.1:80
NAT forward port 443 on LAN for any address to 10.0.10.1:443

Shaper is enabled on LAN and WAN.

Will OPT1 be shaped?
I think no, but not sure.
