      Good Afternoon.

My ISP is IPv4 only, and I would like to convert LAN to IPv6 Link Local. Users should be able to surf internet as usual. How can, or how would I be able to do this in pfSense?

It's been over 5 years and not even a google search yields any proper results for such a problem. Doesn't even offer a solution. It's like trying to crack Dracula's coffin open at high noon.

      Any idea's?

      Best regards and thanks much.

If you want to have local only addresses, you want ULA. These work pretty much the same way as RFC 1918 addresses on IPv4. Link local happens automagically on all IPv6 capable devices, but you don't want to use them in the same way as global or ULA addresses. They're more for ICMP messages, router advertisements, etc..

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...
