Am i allowed to use Home license for Home Router (own Hardware) without restrictions?
And what is allowed and what not? I tried the License for Virtual Machines, and it works very stable.

      Thank you

There are no restrictions if you are using it private at home
for home usage or plain your home network doing private things with it as I am right informed. I am using 23.05 RC
with a "home license" only for private things and was not seeing any restrictions anywhere.

What are the private things? VPN, allowed? Or how many?, What is allowed what not, is there some link?
And i have an Intel I226-V LAN, they are not recognized by CE Version.

You may write them (Netgate) an eMail for having
the correct answer for the CE edition and the Plus edition.

There will be also for the plus a Lab & Home license
and if you are a freelancer or from home worker it
may differs between both editions, what exactly is
            allowed and what not.
            pfSense CE
            pfSense software types
            PFSENSE+ SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONs

            Evaluation Agreement
May be this will be the link you miss?

Intel i226 network adapters (NIC) will be supported under the version 2.7, if it is urgent and/or important you may
try out the version 2.7 CE Devel.
