DHCPv6 PD not installing route after 23.05-RELEASE upgrade

Upgraded to 23.05-RELEASE, noticed PD I'm successfully handing out southbound (LAN interface) doesn't have a route installed for it, thus traffic coming up to pfSense that should return via LAN is simply default routing out northbound via internet.

[23.05-RELEASE][xxxx@router]/home/xxxx: netstat -6rn | grep em1
2600:xxxx:400::/64           link#2                        U           em1
...

Rolled back to 23.01-RELEASE, and things look as expected:

[23.01-RELEASE][xxxx@router]/home/xxxx: netstat -6rn | grep em1
2600:xxxx:400::/64           link#2                        U           em1
2600:xxxx:4f0::/60           2600:xxxx:35d5    UGS         em1
...

Hate to bump my own thread, but thinking best course of action is submitting a bug report per https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/development/bug-reports.html.

If anyone has seen this, or is able to reproduce, I'd appreciate a sanity check.

If the patchs is applied
and you "pkg install dhcpleases6"
does it work ?
