      I had some plus upgrade tokens in my inbox that are just over a year old. Never used.

      Tried to apply one today and it did not give an error but it also did not register. I could enter the upgrade token over and over and it would seem to accept it then do nothing.

      I tried another one, also over 12 months old, also never used. Same thing. I ordered a new one and it worked immediately.

      Is this a bug, or working as intended ?

        Hmm, good question. They do not expire as far as I know but I've never tested one after >1 year!

        Send me the token in chat and I can check it.

          @stephenw10 Done.

          Let's see if this is a redmine-able event.

            Yes, after looking into those tokens I see there is in fact a 'duration' value for tokens and it's 365 days.

            So if a redmine is required here it's for documentation. If it's not shown anywhere it should be.

            Not something I've seen before, thanks for pointing it out.
