Alternative PSU XG-1541

Hey All,

Power supply died in one of our out of warranty XG-1541's. Nobody local has a replacement SuperMicro PWS-203-1H, They're all out of stock with no ETA on replacements. A used one was offered but I'm hesitant.

I can get a SilverStone Flex FX350-G, a little overkill on wattage but it's available and will fit. I have zero experience with the brand though, any thoughts on reliability or suggestions on alternatives?

I have no specific recommendation here but the PSU in the 1541 is pretty standard AFAIK.
