PFSense Plus Licensing Question

Dear All,
Can I ask a question about Plus licensing please.
I have worked before for a number of non profits, several of whom I've obtained Tac-Lite plus licensing for at no cost to them.
I now work for a profitable business, am I reading it correctly that we can license Tac Lite also for a profitable business if we are only requiring community support?

@Jake-Biker Per the footnote on https://www.netgate.com/pfsense-plus-software/software-types
"The cost will increase to $129/yr for commercial use in the future."At that point if your org needs Plus, they could just purchase a Netgate appliance. By my thinking, if it lasts 5-10 years, one is probably way ahead compared to paying the annual fee.
