We have a Netgate 1537 which runs pfsense+ and is not being offered the upgrade to 23.05 due to what looks like licensing issues.

We used to run the community edition on non netgate HW and I imported the old config to the new hardware when it was running 23.01 and now when I go the system update page I see:

Your device has not been registered for pfSense+

We don't have a support contract with Netgate, so It's not obvious how to fix this.

      Any ideas?

@Zotan if you have netgate hardware, contact tac and they will send you install image for your device that will be the + version.

Yup open a support ticket. You don't need a support sub for a hardware question like that.

That device might pre-date NDIs in which case it just needs to be updated on the backend.

Thanks for your help @johnpoz + @stephenw10. Netgate TAC sorted everything out very quickly.
