TMO CellSpot and VZW Network Extender not working

I have TMO Cellspot and VZW NE and both devices are showing up on the DHCP leases. However, I am unable to access their management interfaces nor are these extenders working i.e. boosting cellular signal.

There are handful of posts about the TMO Cellspot which talk about increasing the MTU size along with making the cellsport's port 4500 static in the outbound NAT page.

I have not made those two changes yet since I need additional details as in should I increase the MTU size on the WAN interface? And what are the exact instructions on setting port 4500 static for the TMO Cellspot.

Anyone has a working setup, kindly share the instructions to make these two network extenders work. Please note that both extenders are connected via managed switches.
