PHP errors

Can not connect to ppp if 6rd is configured, restart 5 times, each time PHP errors, this only affect's 2.7.0.
webConfigurator has to be restarted sometimes after reboot.
pfsense can always ping the outside(ipv4), but nothing inside can always do that, lan devices can ping the wan ip.
CPU does not idl, php-fpm 12 to 13% cpu
1 time wan_stf came up but could ping 2620:fe::fe, dpinger somehow was.
router advertisements has to be restated each time.
1st lan interface config is re-applied, then RA is restarted. this affect's 2.6 & 2.7.0
