Routing Tailscale Traffic via NordVPN Gateway

Hey folks. I've recently set up Tailscale and have it all working nicely with the exception that I'd like Tailscale WAN traffic to be routed via my NordVPN gateway. This would allow me to have the protection of Nord while also giving me access to my home LAN. I have my Allow All rule set up like this...
But my traffic still appears to be using the default WAN gateway.
I initially thought it might be an Outbound NAT issue, but as far as I can tell, it all looks good...
Any insights as to what I may be missing?
