OK, please bear with me while I try to explain the issue
I have pfsense running in a hp box and until yesterday all was fine. The m.2 slot gave up the ghost and I had to replace the box. I've since replaced the box and now I get issues after an hour or so.
      My network is as follow:
      LAN - 192.168.1.1
      Vlan10 - 192.168.10. 1
      Vlan20 - 192.168.20. 1

After an hour or so I lose all connectivity on my lan. From a pc I can't ping my pfsense box or anything else within the lan.
But if I connect my phone to the Vlan20, I can still access the internet (how I'm posting this) and can access the pfsense gui.
The gui shows all Intefaces as UP along with the gateway as ONLINE, which I suppose makes sense as I have internet access

I'm not sure entirely what logs to post to help diagnose the issue, but any help is appreciated

Also, the on the hp box all the network Intefaces have correct activity and connection lights flashing and can see this on my unifi switch aswell.

Something is happening on LAN to drop offline

This traffic won't pass pfSense at all.
I assume, that your PC and other LAN devices are connected to the switch, which also does the VLAN management. So pfSense is not needed for inter-LAN traffic. You can just disconnect it and LAN traffic should flow anyway.

Try access from other devices. Maybe there is something wrong with the PC or try accessing devices by IP addresses to rule out DNS issues.

          Thanks for the response.
Yes, all devices are connected to a unifi switch.
Any pc/phone etc on the lan (. 1) network lose all access between each other and the incoming internet
Any device on the vlan (. 20) network can talk to each other and access internet - so I know w it has nothing to do with the gateway as I can still browse the web

I'm actually starting to think it's the quad nic I put in the new hp box.. Both might not play well with each other

Are the VLAN using different NICs then?

Yes, the VLANS were using differents NICS
              I have sorted the issue!!
The quad nic from my hp t620 plus did not play well in the hp t730
Once i purchased a new nic for the t730, issue has dissapeared! All is working again!!
